硫化亚铁绝热氧化反应的影响因素研究

摘    要:油品储罐中硫化亚铁氧化放热是引起油品自燃的主要原因。利用自然发火绝热测试系统 ,对硫化亚铁氧化进行绝热跟踪实验 ,考察了硫化亚铁绝热氧化过程中温度动态变化特性 ,分析了实验试样中水分、空气流量及硫化亚铁试样的粒度对氧化升温特性的影响。指出 ,当存在水分 ,空气流量大和硫化亚铁粒度越少 ,自燃的危险性越大。同时从理论上阐述了各种因素对硫化亚铁氧化速度的影响 ,为石化企业制定安全防范措施提供了理论依据

Abstract:The exothermal reaction of the iron sulfide in oil storage tanks was the main cause of self-ignition of the oil products. Through the application of the self ignition adiabatic testing system, the adiabatic tracing tests of iron sulfide oxidation have been performed, the dynamic characteristics of the temperatures in the adiabatic oxidation of the iron sulfide investigated and the impact of water content in the test sample, air flow rate and particle distribution of iron sulfide on the temperature rise in the oxidation analyzed. It was concluded that the risk of self-ignition tends to become greater with water higher content, greater air flow rate and finer iron sulfide particles. The impact of various factors on the oxidation rate of the iron sulfide was theoretically analyzed, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of the safe preventive measures for the petrochemical enterprises.
