| Abstract: | This paper has told the development of substation grounding real-time monitoring system. After read this paper, readers will know how to design the integral circuit of monitoring system, and how to design and use the groundresistance testing instrument which is the most important parts of the system. At last, it also introduces the design principle, general function and application of the monitoring software that is used to the real-time monitoring system. |
