贪婪算法在露天煤矿电铲动态称重系统的应用

摘    要:为了延长数据传输网络生命时间,提升动态称重效果,研究了贪婪算法设计露天煤矿电铲动态称重系统。通过力传感器与角度传感器等,采集露天煤矿电铲动态称重数据。利用信号处理电路滤除采集数据内部噪声,以输出接口方式,传输处理后的数据至无线通信模块;利用近似贪婪算法,优化数据传输距离,延长网络生命时间。通过单片机控制力传感器与角度传感器等传感器采集数据,根据计算机处理结果实现限位报警。利用计算机处理单片机接收数据,获取电铲动态称重数据并在LCD显示器上显示。该系统可有效采集电铲回转时的应力值,在不同网络环数时,数据传输的网络生命时间较长、比率较高,数据传输效果较好。系统可精准动态称重,有效呈现动态称重结果。

Abstract:In order to prolong the life time of data transmission network and improve the effect of dynamic weighing,this paper studies the greedy algorithm to design the dynamic weighing system of electric shovel in open-pit coal mine,collects dynamic weighing data of electric shovel in open-pit coal mine through force sensor and angle sensor.The internal noise of the collected data is filtered by the signal processing circuit,and the processed data is transmitted to the wireless communication module in the way of output interface.The approximate greedy algorithm is used to optimize the data transmission distance and prolong the network life time.The data are collected by the force sensor and angle sensor controlled by single-chip microcomputer,and the limit alarm is realized according to the processing result of PC.The PC is used to process the data received by the single-chip microcomputer,and the dynamic weighing data of the electric shovel are obtained and displayed on the LCD display.The system can effectively collect the stress value when the electric shovel rotates.When the number of network rings is different,the network life time of data transmission is longer,the ratio is higher,and the effect of data transmission is better.The system can accurately weigh dynamically and effectively present the results of dynamic weighing.
