混凝土泵摆动液压系统性能分析及优化

摘    要:摆动系统是混凝土泵送机械的核心单元之一,用于驱动分配阀的快速摆动。针对目前混凝土泵摆动慢、动作不到位、摆动冲击大等问题,通过运用理论和仿真分析,对摆动液压系统进行优化,有效降低压力损失,提高摆动驱动力,实现快速摆动;同时,针对快速摆动过程中的系统冲击问题,对摆动缓冲结构进行了分析和优化。结果表明,摆动系统压损降低28.5%,摆动速度提升20.8%,摆动冲击降低17.5%,各项性能相比原系统显著提升。

Abstract:Swing hydraulic system is a key system of concrete pump, which is used to drive the switch valve. Aiming at the problems of slow swing, inadequate action and large swing impact of concrete pump, this paper optimizes the swing hydraulic system by using theory and simulation analysis, effectively reduces the pressure loss, improves the swing driving force and realizes fast swing. At the same time, aiming at the system impact problem in the process of rapid swing, the swing buffer structure is analyzed and optimized. The results show that the pressure loss of the swing system is reduced by 28.5%, the swing speed is increased by 20.8%, the swing impact is reduced by 17.5%, and the performance is significantly improved compared with the original system.
