改进关键链技术在地铁车站施工进度管理中的应用研究

摘    要:为解决资源约束下地铁车站施工进度管理问题,结合地铁车站施工过程中周期长和协调难度大特征,探索关键链技术如何在地铁车站施工进度管理中发挥作用。引入工序持续时间比例、资源紧张度、工序位置系数和风险弹性系数不确定影响因素,运用熵权法和 TOPSIS 搭建缓冲区优化模型改进关键链技术,并通过实际案例验证改进关键链技术模型在地铁车站施工进度管理中的可行性。结果表明,与关键路径法相比,改进关键链技术缩减了工期,提高了完工率。将改进关键链技术应用于地铁站施工项目中,不仅丰富了其理论体系,而且对地铁站施工进度管理具有重要的实践意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of subway station construction schedule management under resource constraints, combinedwith the characteristics of a long cycle and difficult coordination during subway station construction, this paper explores howimproved key chain technology can play a role in subway station construction schedule management. Firstly, introducing theuncertain influencing factors of process duration ratio, resource tension, process position coefficient, and risk elasticity coefficient.Secondly, useing entropy weight method and TOPSIS to build a buffer optimization model to improve key chain technology. Thirdly,verifying the feasibility of improving key chain technology model in subway station construction progress management throughpractical cases. The results show that compared with key path method, the improved key chain technology shortens the constructionperiod and improves the completion rate. Applying the improved key chain technology to subway station construction projects notonly enriches its theoretical system, but also has important practical significance for subway station construction progressmanagement.
