摘    要:近年来,随着新能源产业规模的持续扩大,全球消费市场对锂产品的需求迫切度也日益增加。锂辉石作为优质的提锂原料,其最新的提取加工技术一直受到重点关注。采用澳大利亚马里恩矿区的锂辉石矿,通过机械活化法强化其在碱性水热体系中的浸出过程,并分析其浸出行为。结果表明,当锂辉石粒度小于75 μm、氢氧化钠质量分数为25%、碱矿质量比为1.5∶1、反应温度为523.15 K、反应时间为8 h、反应釜转速为100 r/min时,锂提取率可达90.18%。Avrami-Erofeev动力学经验模型能够较好地描述采用机械活化法强化锂辉石浸出的过程,其反应表观活化能为41.739 kJ/mol。

Abstract:In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the new energy industry,the demand for lithium products in the global consumer market has become increasingly urgent.As a high-quality raw material for lithium extraction,spodumene's latest extraction and processing technology has always been the focus of attention.Spodumene ore from Marion mining area in Australia was used to enhance its leaching process in alkaline hydrothermal system through mechanical activation,and its leaching behavior was analyzed.The results showed that the lithium extraction efficiency reached 90.18% when the particle size of spodumene was less than 75 μm at the NaOH concentration of 25%,the alkali-ore ratio of 1.5∶1,the reaction temperature of 523.15 K,the reaction time of 8 h,and the rotational speed of the reactor of 100 r/min.Avrami-Erofeev kinetic empirical model could better describe the process of enhancing spodumene leaching by mechanical activation,and its apparent activation energy was 41.739 kJ/mol.
