用工业化思维做装配式建筑

近年来，虽然装配式建筑得到了快速发展，建造水平和建筑品质也得到了明显提升，但当前装配式建筑仍普遍存在诸多问题，这就要求我们要用工业化的思维做装配式建筑，把建筑当作“工业化产品”来打造。从标准化设计、一体化协同、数字化管理 3 个维度，构建了做装配式建筑的工业化思维模式，指出标准化设计是实现工业化的基础、一体化协同是实现工业化的核心、数字化管理是实现工业化的保障，并结合典型工程案例进行了说明。

Using Industrialization Thinking to Build Prefabricated Buildings

In recent years， although prefabricated buildings have achieved rapid development， and the construction level and qualityof buildings have also been significantly improved， there are still many problems in the current prefabricated buildings， whichrequires us to use industrialization thinking to build prefabricated buildings and to regard buildings as "industrial products". From thethree dimensions of standardized design， integrated collaboration and digital management， this paper constructs the industrializationthinking mode of making prefabricated buildings， points out that standardized design is the foundation of industrialization， integratedcollaboration is the core of industrialization， and digital management is the guarantee of industrialization， and illustrates it withtypical engineering cases.
