新街台格庙矿区高质量发展实施路径研究

新阶段、新理念、新格局的大背景下，矿区高质量发展发挥着保障能源安全供应、推进煤炭转型升级的重要作用。基于现有的煤炭行业高质量发展的研究成果，总结分析了矿区高质量发展的内涵特征，提出了创新开放、集约高效、智能安全、绿色和谐的16字矿区高质量发展理念|给出了新街台格庙矿区高质量发展规划的总体思路，并阐述了台格庙矿区高质量发展规划的具体实施路径，主要包括矿区开发布局、智慧安全、绿色低碳、人文和谐、公共服务、交通物流、创新驱动、管理模式等。
