摘    要:员工节能积极性低是办公建筑运行能耗居高不下的重要原因。采用干预策略提高个体的节能积极性是减少建筑运行能耗的有效途径。基于刺激-机体-反应理论和社会影响理论构建了干预策略对员工节能行为作用机理的理论模型,运用结构方程模型对理论模型进行分析。研究结果表明:与强制性干预策略相比,自愿性干预策略更能促使员工主动采取节能行为;由于员工处于群体环境中,群体一致性对其节能意愿具有正向影响。并提出针对员工节能干预策略的建议。

Abstract:Using intervention strategies to increase an individual’s energy saving motivation is an effective way to reduce abuilding’s energy consumption. Based on the stimulus-organism-response theory( SOR) and social influence theory, this paperdevelops a theoretical model of the impact mechanism of intervention strategies on employees’ energy-saving behaviors. Thistheoretical model is empirically evaluated via structural equation modeling. The results indicate that voluntary intervention strategiesare more effective than mandatory intervention strategies in terms of motivating employees to conserve energy. Moreover, givenemployees work in a group environment, their group cohesiveness has a positive impact on the willingness to conserveenergy. Finally, intervention strategies for employee-specific energy conservation are recommended. The results of this investigationcan be used as a basis for developing intervention strategies for energy conservation in office buildings.
