摘    要:工作面预注浆是立井过含水岩层主要水害防治方法之一。平顶山及周边煤田广泛发育的平顶山砂岩厚度一般在80~140 m,该层砂岩硬度较高,裂隙发育,但裂隙具有高倾角、微细、横向连通性差等特点,水害治理难度大。针对如平顶山砂岩这类含水岩层,采用分段注浆来保证整体注浆效果、多圈布孔避免残留注浆盲区、交叉环向螺旋布孔增强高倾角裂隙的连通性、水泥浆—化学浆联用保证微细裂隙的注浆扩散效果。该技术已在平煤十矿三水平进风井、十三矿己五采区进风井平顶山砂岩段水害预注浆治理等多个工程中应用,取得了理想的治理效果。较传统工作面注浆方式,在相对减少钻孔布置、节省工期及造价的同时,可保证治理效果,具有较高的实用性。

Abstract:Pre-grouting at the working face is one of the main water hazard prevention methods for the shaft passing through the water-bearing rock layer.The thickness of Pingdingshan sandstone widely distributed in Pingdingshan coalfield is generally 80~140 m.The sandstone has high hardness and developed cracks,but the cracks are characterized by high dip angle,fine and poor lateral connectivity,which makes it difficult to control water hazard.For water-bearing rock layers such as Pingdingshan sandstone,segmented grouting is adopted to ensure the overall grouting effect,multi loop hole layout to avoid residual grouting blind zone,cross-loop spiral hole layout to enhance the connectivity of high dip fractures,and the combination of cement slurry and chemical slurry to ensure the grouting diffusion effect of micro fractures.This technology has been applied in many projects,such as the three-level air inlet shaft of the No.10 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan and the pre-grouting treatment of water hazard in the sandstone section of the Pingdingshan section of the air inlet shaft of the Ⅵ5 mining area of the No.13 Coal Mine,and has achieved ideal treatment results.Compared with the traditional pre grouting method,it can not only reduce the drilling layout,save the construction period and cost,but also ensure the management effect,and has higher practicability.
