摘    要:高压螺纹插装阀在工程机械中应用广泛,其启闭特性直接影响系统压力波动、泵头能量损失、噪声大小等。为了探究结构参数对高压螺纹插装阀启闭特性的影响,基于其结构特征,推导启闭特性数学模型。由于结构参数改变的同时会对动态响应性、稳定性、内泄漏产生交叉影响,以提高启闭特性为目标,以动态响应性、稳定性、内泄漏为约束条件,在不改变其三方面性能的前提下,通过理论建模、仿真分析、试验验证,提高螺纹插装阀的启闭特性。研究结果可为螺纹插装阀综合性能优化提供理论指导和工程实用价值。

Abstract:High-pressure threaded cartridge valves were widely used in construction machinery, and their opening and closing characteristics directly affected system pressure fluctuations, pump head energy loss, and noise levels. In order to explore the influence of structural parameters on the opening and closing characteristics of the high-pressure threaded cartridge valve, a mathematical model of the opening and closing characteristics was deduced based on its structural characteristics. Since the change of structural parameters will have cross effects on dynamic responsiveness, stability and internal leakage at the same time, this paper aimed to improve its opening and closing characteristics, with dynamic responsiveness, stability and internal leakage as constraints, without changing the three on the premise of the performance of the threaded cartridge valve, the opening and closing characteristics of the threaded cartridge valve are improved through theoretical modeling, simulation analysis, and experimental verification.
