深部煤层回采工作面高抽巷瓦斯抽采技术

摘    要:为实现高瓦斯矿井的安全开采,针对深部煤层回采工作面瓦斯超限问题,确定高抽巷的合理布置层位,以保安矿为研究对象,通过高位钻孔现场试验,得到抽采层位大于50 m时,抽采浓度变化不大,且出现抽采浓度降低的现象,在抽采层位为20 m,抽采纯量最大。利用Fluent模拟,结合现场的地质条件,分析了高抽巷不同层位的瓦斯抽采浓度,确定了高抽巷位置为底板上方25 m的合理层位。通过现场实测分析得出,在该层位下,可以有效地降低采空区瓦斯浓度,保证安全生产的顺利进行。

Abstract:In order to realize the safe mining of high gas mine,aiming at the problem of gas overrun in the mining face of deep coal seam,the reasonable layout of high gas extraction roadway is determined.Taking Bao′an Mine as the research object,through the field test of the high level borehole,it is found that when the extraction level is greater than 50 m,the change of the extraction concentration is not large,and the phenomenon of the reduction of the extraction concentration occurs.At the extraction level of 20 m,the net amount of extraction is the largest.
By using Fluent simulation and combining with the geological conditions in the field,the gas extraction concentration of different layers in the high-pumping roadway was analyzed,and the reasonable layer 25m above the floor was determined.According to the field measurement and analysis,the gas concentration in the goaf can be effectively reduced at this level to ensure the smooth progress of safe production.
