煤矿瓦斯综合治理技术及应用研究

摘    要:瓦斯是威胁矿井安全的重要因素之一。在对某煤层基本情况进行简要介绍的基础上,分析了煤层工作面瓦斯的主要来源有3个,即本煤层、邻近层和采空区,经计算发现煤层瓦斯涌出量为30.4 m3/min。基于瓦斯抽采技术对煤岩中聚集的瓦斯进行预抽采,防止煤矿开采时涌入工作面,对钻孔技术参数进行了详细的设计与介绍,总结了具体应用情况。对工作面上隅角采取吊挂风筒布、安装风水喷雾等特殊的通风管理措施。将设计的瓦斯综合治理技术方案应用到瓦斯突出煤层中,取得了较好的效果,实现了工作面瓦斯浓度的有效控制,完全能满足国家安全标准。

Abstract:Gas is one of the important factors threatening mine safety.Based on a brief introduction to the basic situation of a coal seam,it is analyzed that there are three main sources of gas in the coal seam working face,namely the coal seam,the adjacent seam and the goaf.It is found that the coal seam gas gushing volume is 30.4 m3/min.Based on the gas extraction technology,the gas accumulated in the coal and rock is pre-drained to prevent the influx into the working face during coal mining.The drilling technical parameters are designed and introduced in detail,and the specific application situation is summarized.For the corners of the working surface,take special ventilation management measures such as hanging air duct cloth and installing feng shui spray.The designed gas comprehensive control technology scheme was applied to the gas outburst coal seam,and the results achieved good results,realized the effective control of the gas concentration in the working face,and fully met the national safety standards.
