模块化工程变更管控方法的应用与研究

摘    要:频繁无序的工程变更会给项目带来毁灭性灾难,合理有效的工程变更管控方法非常必要。针对目前工程变更管控领域存在缺少科学成型的流程、方法对不同种类工程变更普遍适用性低,难以推广两大主要问题,结合科学设计理念,完成模块化工程变更管控方法。此方法变更流程简化成型、设计逻辑清晰、科学可靠、适用性广。经真实工程项目实践检验,此方法对绝大多数工程变更把控力强、流程顺畅、操作简便、同步记录变更过程资料为工程验收结算及交付打下良好基础,能够及时识别次生变更并处理、同时有效减少因变更问题产生的相关方矛盾,维护相关方关系,使项目稳定进行。

Abstract:Frequent and disordered engineering changes will bring devastating disasters to a project. Reasonable and effectiveengineering change control methods are very necessary. In the field of engineering change control, two major problems are the lackof a scientific forming process and the method with low general applicability to different kinds of engineering changes, which makesthe engineering change control method difficult to popularize. Combined with the scientific design concept, the modular engineeringchange control method is completed. This method has the advantages of a simplified forming process, clear design logic, scientificreliability, and wide applicability. After practical testing of real engineering projects, this method has strong change control, smoothprocess and easy operation to the majority of changes, and synchronous recording of change process data, which lays a goodfoundation for project acceptance, settlement, and delivery. This method can also identify and address secondary changes timely.Meanwhile, this method effectively reduces the conflicts between related parties caused by changes, maintains the relationshipbetween related parties, and makes the project stable.
