施工管理标准化对项目绩效的影响研究:基于成员能力中介、任务可变性调节作用

为探究施工管理标准化对项目绩效的影响，基于知识基础理论，通过引入成员知识应用能力、合作能力两个中介变量，将任务可变性作为调节变量，构建以施工管理标准化为前因变量、项目绩效为结果变量的结构方程模型，并进行实证分析。结果表明:施工管理标准化显著正向影响项目绩效；知识应用能力与合作能力中介了管理标准化对项目绩效的正向影响；任务可变性负向调节了管理标准化对施工管理组织成员知识应用能力与合作能力的提升。

Research on the Influence of Standardization of Construction Management andProject Performance:Based on the Mediating Role of MemberCompetence and Moderating Effect of Task Variability

To investigate the influence of standardization in construction management on project performance，a structural equationmodel with standardization in construction management as the antecedent variable and project performance as the outcome variablewas constructed based on the knowledge base theory. Through introducing two mediating variables of members’ knowledgeapplication ability and cooperation ability，and job task variability as the moderating variable，an empirical analysis was conducted.The results show that (1) The standardization of construction management has a significant positive influence on projectperformance ； (2) Knowledge application ability and cooperation ability mediate the positive influence of managementstandardization on project performance；(3) Task variability negatively regulates the improvement of knowledge application abilityand cooperation ability of construction management organization members by management standardization.
