| 摘 要： | 设计了具有远程监控功能的换热站自动控制系统,主要由S7-200PLC、AL809智能PID调节器、ACS140变频器、SINAUT MD 720-3 GPRS通讯模块组成。详细介绍了循环泵和补水泵的变频控制方案及具体实施,二次供水温度自动控制回路与通过GPRS网络进行远程数据传输的设计。

| Abstract: | An autocontrol control system for a heat-exchange station is introduced,which is mainly composed of S7-200 PLC, ALS09 inteligent PID controller,ACS140 inverter and SINAUT MD 720-3 GPRS module.The control principles and practical schemes of the the frequency control are described,then the temperature-antocontrol loop and GPRS transmintting data are designed. |
