几种麦草浆黑液降粘工艺比较

摘    要:针对麦草浆黑液粘度较高的特点,在实验室采用加热裂解、蒸煮同步除硅以及除硅并裂解进行黑液降粘工艺操作,这三种工艺分别能使100℃下固形物浓度45%~50%的黑液粘度的降幅分别达到40%、70%和80%左右。从降粘效果来看:同步除硅的效果要优于热裂解,除硅并裂解要优于前两者,效果最佳。

Abstract:Viscosity of wheat straw pulping black liquor is comparatively high, simultaneous desilication and pyrolysis were selected to deal with black liquor in the laboratory, the physical and chemical properties such as viscosity has been decreased obviously and these technology was appraised synthetically.
