| 摘 要： | 掌握现代企业对待学校和学生的态度，正确指导学生如何接受挑战是作好学生就业“双向选择”工作的关键。通过对跨国公司Schlumberger来校招聘学生的全程跟踪与思考，对现代企业用人机制有了较深刻的认识，在解决“双向选择”关键问题上有了较科学的思路。

| Abstract: | The attitude towards college and its students and the proper way on how to guide the students to accept challenges in the work of two way selection are concentrated on.The whole proceeding of the employment of the students for Schlumberger Company is studied and the purpose of this study is to understand the system of personnel placement in the modern enterprises. |
