| Abstract: | From the year 2002 on, our electric power industry has been experiencing a deep reform. 5 power generation groups and 5 regional Power grid companies were founded first, and next step should be separating transmition from distribution and setting up power exchange market. Up to now, Zhejiang Power Grid and Northeast China Power Grid Company are in their simulation operation. Plan of transmition and distribution reform is under discussioa In this paper, problems facing in the power price reform of North China Grid are studied according to national transmition and distribution reform plan, and suggestions to these financial problems are given. |
