Problems and Countermeasures of the Electronic Payment of Business Mode

In this paper, the author first makes relevant introduction to electronic commerce payment（including the concept, cha-racteristics and mode）,and elaborates the necessity to develop electronic commerce payment, then illustrate some problems ofelectronic commerce at the current development, finally puts forward corresponding measures on the further development ofcommerce payment.
