降低煤粉锅炉减温水量的技术改造

摘    要:针对某发电公司2台锅炉存在过热器和再热汽温偏高、减温水量大、锅炉安全稳定性差的问题,通过对锅炉尾部受热面进行改造,增加省煤器受热面的吸热量,减少了过热器、再热器的吸热量,达到了降低减温水量的目的。改造结果表明:减温水量减少到100t/h,比改造前大大降低,提高了锅炉运行的安全稳定性及经济性。

Abstract:Aiming at the temperature of the superheater and reheater was higher, the volume of desuperheating water was large and safe stability of the boiler was poor, in two boilers of a power genera- tion company, through improving the heating surface of boiler afterbody, increases heat absorption capacity of heating surface of economizer, reduces heat absorption capacity of superheater and reheater, reaches the aim of reducing the volume of desuperheating water. The result shows that the volume of desuperheating water is 100t/h after the improvement, reduces greatly than formerly, promotes safe stability and economy of the boiler' s oneration.
