| 摘 要： | 应用UG软件对桥式切石机横梁和纵向支座建立了三维实体模型。应用UG软件的有限元分析功能对其建立了有限元模型并进行了分析。结果表明：横梁的变形和应力均在合理范围内，刚度和强度是足够的；横梁和纵向支座存在应力集中。建议对横梁进行去应力退火和时效处理、优化结构设计并提高加工精度。

| Abstract: | The three dimensional geometry model and finite element model of the main parts of abridgc cutting machine were established by using the software UG, the performances of the key parts were analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the strength and rigidity of the beam and the support can meet the design requirement. |
