| 摘 要： | 精益化生产是通过系统结构、人员组织、运行方式和市场供求等方面的变革,使生产系统能很快适应用户需求不断变化,并能使生产过程中一切无用、多余的东西被精简,最终达到包括市场供销在内的生产的各方面最好的结果.与传统的大生产方式不同,其特色是"多品种","小批量".精益生产就是及时制造,消灭故障,消除一切浪费,向零缺陷、零库存进军.精益生产综合了大量生产与单件生产方式的优点,力求在大量生产中实现多品种和高质量产品的低成本生产.据国家相关部门资料显示,国内大多数制造企业存在严重的生产浪费现象.低成本生产是每个制造企业获得高利润最有效的手段之一,而如何精益化生产是关系制造企业生死存亡之大事.

| Abstract: | According to displayed data from state departments concerned, most of domestic manufacturing enterprises have existed severe phenomena of waste in production. The low production cost is a most effective measure for every manufacturing enterprise to acquire high profits, and that how to keep improving in production for manufacturing enterprises is just an overall situation of life and death. Aiming at current development status quo in Chinese auto parts industries, during the ＂2012 Annual Conference of Auto Parts Industry in China and Development Forum of Auto Parts in China＂, the CAAM had hosted the branch forum of ＂Implement and Experience Keep Improving in Production＂. |
