| 摘 要： | 通过模拟瓦楞辊机构的全工作状态，附加力的约束、几何约束、温度场的约束等建立有限元模型进行分析，从而获得了垂直于轴线任一截面上的位移。笔者定义这些位移与瓦楞辊端截面位移之差是各截面的凸度，中间截面的凸度称之为中高度。各截面凸度连续便是凸度曲线。

| Abstract: | Through analogizing the full working condition of the corrugating roll mechanism.with addition to the constrains of force,geometry and temperature field,etc,and setting a finite element model to be analyzed,we can find out the displacement in any of the cross-section vertical to the axis. The difference between the displacement and those of the two ends is the camber of the cross-section. The joint of all the camber will be the camber curve. |
