| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了一个基于TCP/IP网络的分布式视频会议系统。该系统采用分布模式,依靠组播基干将异地分布且动态变化的与会人员组织起来,实现网络会议的功能;系统主要功能由软件实现,从而降低了系统成本,具有一定的实用价值。
