甲氨酰乙基淀粉/PVA混合浆料性能的研究

摘    要:研究了甲氨酰乙基淀粉与PVA1799浆料共混物的黏附性能及浆膜性能,并通过与目标配方的对比,探索了甲氨酰乙基淀粉取代PVA的可能性。实验表明,随着甲氨酰乙基淀粉含量的增加,共混浆膜的断裂强度增大,但断裂伸长率下降,磨耗增加,耐屈曲次数减少;同时对棉纤维的黏附性能提高,而共混比例对涤/棉纤维黏附性能的影响不大。与目前浆纱生产中常用的浆料配方相比较,甲氨酰乙基淀粉能够提高取代PVA的比例。

Abstract:The effect of blending rate of earbamoylethyl starch with PVA1799 on the behaviors of the size film and its adhesion to fibers is investigated. And the possibility by using earbamoylethyl starch to substitute PVA is studied through contrast experiments. The experimen- tal results demonstrate that the breaking strength and wear loss of the size film increase as earbamoylethyl starch content increases while the breaking elongation and flexibility decrease. Its adhesion to cotton fiber eubanees with the modified starch increasing. However, the influence of the blending ratio on its adhesion to polyester/cotton fiber shows normal. Carbamoylethyl starch can increase the proportion in PVA replacement as compared to the conventional size formulation used in current sizing operation.
