摘    要:混凝土芯水泥土搅拌桩是一种新型的基坑支护方法,即在水泥土搅拌桩中插入钢筋混凝土预制小方桩,形成一种新的复合桩体,兼有受力和止水的双重作用。该支护方案在南京大学港龙小区中得到应用,本文介绍了该支护方案的设计计算过程,并用有限元方法模拟支护结构及周边土体的受力状态,取得了一些经验。

Abstract:The deep-cement-mixing pile with reinforced concrete core is a new method for the retaining of building foundation pit,and that is the reinforced concrete pile inserts into the deep-cement-mixing pile and a new composition pile body forms,which has the functions to bear force and to prevent water.The said method is used in Ganglong residential quarter in Nanjing University.The design and the calculating for the scheme are presented,and the finite element method is used to simulate the retaining structure and the stress state of the soil around the foundation pit.
