摘    要:高速钢具有很高的耐热性能,在高温下强度高,变形抗力大,增加了锻造成形的难度。目前,国内齿轮切削刀具大多采用W6Mo5C14V2高速钢材料制成,材料锻造主要以改善刀具毛坯碳化偏析程度为主。本文通过实验研究,提出了在保证W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢合格碳化物等级的前提下对刀具毛坯进行胎模锻造成形的方法。

Abstract:Currently,most of gear cutting tools in domestic is made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel.The forging process of the material improve mainly the degree of carbonation of tools blank.Because this material possess the higher heat resistant property,and resistance to deformation is very large under the higher temperature,so it is very difficult to deform.the paper put forward a forging process of the tools blank by the research,and guarantee the carbide grade of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel at the same time.
