碳纤维复合柔性连续抽油杆性能及矿场应用

摘    要:目前国内外应用最广泛的有杆泵深抽技术中,普通钢杆由于重量、强度等性能影响,难以满足实际生产的需要。新开发研制的碳纤维复合柔性连续抽油杆克服了普通钢杆的缺点,能够满足低渗油田小泵深抽技术的要求。矿场应用表明,这种新型抽油杆具有强度高、重量轻、抗疲劳性好、耐腐蚀、作业方便的特点。在合理放大生产压差,提高油井产量的同时,达到了高效、节能的效果,具有十分广泛的推广应用价值。

Abstract:At present,in deep well production,sucker rod pump is widely applied, the ordinary steel pumping rod can t meet the need of actual producing because of it' s weight and strength. The new developing carbon fiber compound flexible coiled rod overcome the shortcoming of ordinary steel rod, can meet the need of low permeability oilfield production. Field application shows that this new type sucker rod has the features of high strength, light weight resisting fatigue, anti - corrosion, as well as can enhance oil production,save electrical energy.
