炼钢粉尘回收用热轧工作辊辊套的热处理工艺

摘    要:制定了炼钢粉尘回收用热轧工作辊辊套的热处理工艺参数并应用于实际生产。检验结果表明,该辊套辊身硬度达52~54 HRC;其金相组织为回火马氏体+未溶碳化物+残余奥氏体;淬硬层深度不低于40mm,各项力学性能指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:The heat treatment process parameters of the hot rolling work roll sleeve used for the steel melting dust recycling have been established and also have been applied to the practical production.The inspected results showed that the roll body hardness of the roll sleeve arrives at 52~54 HRC, and the metallographic structure consists of tempered martensite + non-melted carbonide + residual austenite,meanwhile the quenched depth is not less than 40 mm,the various kinds of mechanical property targets have reached the design requirement.
