| Abstract: | In this paper, a high accuracy electronic measurement system for non- electric quantity is proposed based on ADC and LSI memory. Its Structure, operation principle, measurement accuracy and system design are discussed briefly. It is a new universal digital meter with advantage of high accuracy and easy integration. |
