基于改进型Boost电路的铅酸蓄电池容量检测装置设计

摘    要:针对铅酸蓄电池容量检测的特点,提出了一种以Boost电路为主电路,应用PI调节和PWM控制技术实现恒流放电的方案。对传统Boost电路进行改进,解决了启动浪涌电流大和蓄电池误接自保护的问题。阐述了放电电阻的优化设计方法,给出了设计准则。仿真和实验均验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:Do some research on capacity examination instrument especially for lead acid battery. The instrument is based on improved Boost topology, using PI and PWM technology, it can keep the discharging current stable, besides reducing the surge current. Give some criterions to optimize the discharging resistors. The design is verified by simulation and experiment.
