| 摘 要： | 为进一步提高模具寿命,对电渣重熔5Cr2NiMoVSi钢进行了试验研究。结果表明,5Cr2NiMoVSi电渣钢用于连杆热锻模,寿命提高5~10倍,而且连杆锻坯表面光洁。

| Abstract: | To improve the life of die, test and research have been perfomed on the remehed electroslag 5Cr2NiMoVSi steel. The result indicates that the die life has been improved 5 to 10 tiros and the surface finish of the connecting rod forging parts is excellent through the application of 5Cr2NiMoVSi electroslag steel for the forging die of connecting rod. |
