环形焙烧炉火道测温装置的研制和应用

摘    要:依据热电偶测温理论,结合焙烧炉的实际工作环境,设计了成本较为低廉的能对焙烧炉火道深处进行温度测量的装置和方法,并在实验室进行测试验证的基础上,对某大型焙烧炉火道中部和底部的温度进行了测试。结果表明,该技术应用可靠,测温准确,具有一定应用和推广价值。

Abstract:A new cheaper equipment and technique which not only can be used to measure fire-way-floor temperature in a good-size ring baking furnace but also adapt to real work condition by use of thermocouple theory.After its rationality was proved by a preliminary laboratory-level experiment,the middle and floor zone temperature in a fire way of baking furnace was measured by use of this technique.The results indicate that it is worth to apply and popularize this technique due to its reliability and validity.
