楔套式卷筒故障分析及解决措施

摘    要:针对莱钢集团有限公司冷轧板带生产线重卷机组楔套式开卷机经常出现楔套与机架磨损甚至抱死的故障,从润滑、结构、使用等方面分析了原因,通过在楔套内孔中部车出环形槽,采用局部配合的方式代替整体配合;在楔套与机架配合部位开容屑槽,在提高容屑能力的同时减少摩擦部位的应力集中;将卷筒机架与楔套的配合间隙用H8/d8代替原来的H8/e7,使卷筒故障率大幅降低,卷筒抱死的故障彻底杜绝.

Abstract:To wedge sleeve and stands wearing even locking failure of wedge-sleeve style decoiler in cold-rolled strip production line of Laiwu Iron & Steel Group Co. , the causes were analyzed from lubrication, Structure and usage. Some measures were applyed, including caring annular groove in the wedge sleeve central inner hole, using local co-ordination instead of overall co-ordination, opening the groove in the site of wedge sleeve and stand co-ordination to increasing debris capacity and reducing stress concentration of friction parts, chan- ging the coordination of stand and wedge sleeve from H8/e7 to HS/dS, so roll failure rate was significantly re- duced, and reel locking: fault was completely eliminated.
