摘    要:针对新钢SPHD热卷生产冷轧卷时产品厚度波动大的问题,对热轧卷生产工艺、组织性能进行了检测和分析,得出该缺陷的产生与SPHD热卷横向组织性能、断面形状有关.通过调整热轧工艺和改善辊型,消除了该质量缺陷.

Abstract:In view of badly thickness variation of SPHD hot rolled coil during cold rolling at Xinyu Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. , the hot rolling parameters, microstructure and performances of hot rolled SPHD coil were meas- ured and analyzed. The results show that the defect is related to SPHD hot rolled coil horizontal microstructure performance and cross-section shape. By adjusting the hot rolling process and improve roll type, the defect has been eliminated.
