硝基氯苯间位低油回收利用工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了一种硝基氯苯间位低油回收利用的方法,将间位低油通过相转移催化醚化反应,使其中的对硝基氯苯转化为对硝基苯甲醚,间硝基氯苯和对硝基苯甲醚能够较易分离得到纯品,且易于工业化实施。在实验范围内,优化的醚化工艺条件为:原料配比1∶2.5、反应温度80℃、反应时间6 h、催化剂用量6 g。

Abstract:Introduces a method about recycling m-nitrochlorobenzene poor oil. Via phase transfer catalyzed etherification reaction, the p-nitrochlorobenzene was transferred into p-nitroanisole, it was easier to get pure products by the separation of m-nitrochlorobenzene and p-nitroanisole, and the operation was easy to implement. In the experimental range, the optimized etherification conditions were as follows: the raw material ratio was 1: 2.5, the reaction temperature was 80℃, the reaction time was 6h and the amount of catalyst was 6 g.
