摘    要:针对指挥自动化系统效能评估问题,在给出功效系数定义的基础上,提出了一种新的评价方法——功效系数层次递归合成算法。该算法利用向量相似度建立系统能力与任务使命之间的联系,分层递归地求取了系统效能。在效能求取过程中对指标向量和使命向量进行了功效匹配,可实时对指标进行优劣分析,及时有效地发现系统的薄弱环节,并求取劣势指标对系统整体效能的影响程度,从而实现了效能评价与指标分析的有机结合。详细地给出了方法的实现步骤,通过算例验证了此方法的有效性和实用性,为指挥自动化系统的效能评估提供了一种新途径。

Abstract:To assess effectiveness of C^3I system, a new method of hierarchical recursion algorithm is introduced based on the definition of effcacy coefficient. This method uses vector similarity - degree to connect ability of C^3I system with mission, and the effectiveness is obtained by hierarchical recursion. In course of evaluation, index - vector and mission - vector are matched together, the performance of index can be analyzed, thus the weakness of the system can be found in time and its influence of the system can be confirmed, thus the effectiveness evaluation can be combined with index analysis. The realization of this method is presented in the paper in detail. An example proved its practicability and validity, which supplies a new way for evaluating the effectiveness of C^3I system.
