摘    要:搭建一种动力源和负载源的通用性试验装置来真实还原电动汽车起步、加速、制动、滑行的工作过程,在此基础上设计了上下机通信、控制、交互平台,构建输入、输出参数的模糊化隶属度函数,实现上位机交互界面的输入和试验参数的显示。试验结果表明,该测控系统可实时显示试验台再生制动中能量回收效率及电磁制动力的最优分配,从而证明该研究方案的可行性和测控系统设计的有效性。

Abstract:Build a power source and load source versatility test device to restore the true electric car start, acceleration, braking, coasting the working process; designed upper and lower machine communication, control, interactive platform to build input and output parameters of the fuzzy membership function, host computer interface input and display of test parameters. Tests show that the control system can display real-time test bed regenerative braking energy recovery efficiency and optimal allocation of electromagnetic braking force, thus proving the feasibility of the research programs and the effectiveness of monitoring and control system design.
