大跨度非封闭索桁架结构施工技术

摘    要:乐清市体育中心体育场采用了大跨度空间预应力结构体系,屋面为非封闭索桁架结构系统,外环钢结构为倾斜钢管混凝土锥面网格结构。通过大量的仿真分析和方案的论证,施工采用外环钢结构无支撑式安装、混凝土在钢结构合龙后浇筑、索系低空无应力组装、整体提升上径向索和同步分级张拉下径向索的施工工艺。通过科学合理的施工组织设计,整个施工方案的实施收到了良好的效果,解决了施工中的重点、难点问题。

Abstract:Yueqing city sports center stadium adopts Large-span space structure prestressed system,Roof is an enclosed cable truss structure system,and Outer ring steel structure is an Inclined concrete-filled steel tube cone grid structure.Through a lot of simulation analysis and solution of reasoning,construction using the construction technology of outer ring steel structure installed without supporting,concrete pouring after steel structure folded,cable system assembled with no stress,overall ascension of the up radial cables and synchronous tension of the down radial cables.Through a scientific and rational construction organization,the implementation of the whole construction plan has received a good effect,the difficult programs of the construction are solved.
