超高墩边跨现浇段不平衡配重施工技术

摘    要:超高墩边跨现浇段混凝土浇筑施工需在墩身安装三角形钢托架,并在浇筑混凝土时进行平衡配重。某跨越黄河高墩大跨连续刚构桥超高墩边跨现浇段采用不平衡配重施工技术,通过方案设计与分析,最终施工实践证明满足规范要求,降低了成本,缩短了工期。

Abstract:During concrete grouting of cast-in-place side span of super-high pier,triangular steel bracket needs to be installed on pier body and balanced weight is required.Imbalanced counterweight construction technique is used for cast-in-place side span of the super-high piers of a continuous large-span steel structure bridge crossing over the Yellow River.After scheme design and analysis,the construction practice proves that this technique successfully satisfies specification requirements,saves construction cost and shortens construction period.
