家用光伏蓄电池在线监测系统设计

摘    要:人类已经广泛利用太阳能,并已进入家用,尤其是在农村、偏远地区的使用更为广泛。太阳能要想孤岛运行,就离不开储能设备。倘若对储能设备管理不善,会使储存的电能无法充分利用。以单片机C8051f020为核心,设计一种蓄电池在线监测设备,包括充放电电路、电压转换装置等,实现了对蓄电池的电压、电流、温度的监测;通过控制每个蓄电池的充放电,从而达到保护蓄电池的目的。同时,通过MODBUS、TCP/IP协议实现设备与控制中心的通信,把蓄电池参数上传到主机,实现了对蓄电池的实时监测。

Abstract:Humans have extensive use of solar energy, and it has entered the home now. Especially in rural and remote areas, it is used more widely. To make solar in island operation, energy storage devices can not be separated. However, due to poor storage device management, stored energy can not be made full use of. In this paper, C8051f020 microcontroller as the core, to design a battery online monitoring device. Including chargedischarge circuit, the voltage conversion device, etc. It has realized the Monitoring of the battery voltage, current, temperature. By controlling each of the battery charge and discharge to protect the battery. Meanwhile, by using MODBUS, TCP / IP protocol to communicate with the control center equipment, uploading the battery parameters to the host to achieve the real-time monitoring of the battery.
