| 摘 要： | 由于对历史城市的文化价值认识不足,城市建设与建筑保护的经济目标相错位,以及相关保护法规不完善,导致了我国历史城市保护与更新研究相对滞后。针对这些问题,提出了加强宣传引导与转变政府发展观念并举,有针对性的法规保护,辨证认识保护与更新,使新旧城市相互交融有序发展的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Researches on protection and renovation of domestic historical cities are relatively lagged behind due to deficient cognition of the cultural value of historical cities, discrepancy between economic aims of urban construction and building protection, as well as lack of relevant protection laws and regulations. Considering these problems, it is proposed to emphasize both improvement of public theoretical cognitive level and transfer of governmental development concept, to promulgate protection laws and regulations, to promote dialectic cognition of protection and renovation and to realize harmonious development between new and old cities. |
