大截面钢管劲性柱梁柱节点施工技术

摘    要:厦门高崎国际机场T4航站楼主楼主体结构为混合结构,航站楼主楼共79根钢管柱,梁柱钢筋密集,框架节点复杂。通过节点的合理设计,采用穿筋工艺,降低了现场劳动强度,节约了成本,将大量的节点施工工作交由工厂完成,通过在工厂的预加工节省了现场施工时间,保证了工程的主体结构工期,从而为整个工程的工期保证打下了坚实的基础,为钢结构等后续工序创造了条件。

Abstract:Main building of T4 Terminal Building of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is a hybrid structure mainly composed of 79 steel tube columns,which are made of dense steel bar and complex nodes.Field work intensity is reduced and construction cost is saved through reasonable node design and steel bar construction process.Most node construction is outsourced to factory and preprocess in factory effectively shortens site construction period and guarantees construction schedule of main structure,providing effective guarantee for whole construction schedule and advantageous conditions for subsequent steel structure construction.
