既有砖混结构校舍隔震加固技术及其工程应用

摘    要:结合我国抗震规范中的相关规定,分析校舍结构的结构特点和加固需求。针对其中多层砖混结构,介绍叠层橡胶基础隔震加固的计算分析方法、构造要求及相应的施工工艺。结合某7度抗震设防区一栋4层砖混结构教学楼的隔震加固实例,介绍其工程应用并分析技术经济指标。
