摘    要:利用废弃混凝土再生粗砂部分取代特细砂得到废弃混凝土再生混合砂。基于正交试验,研究了水胶比、废弃混凝土再生粗砂取代率和粉煤灰取代率对废弃混凝土再生混合砂砂浆稠度、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。通过层次分析法得出了各因素、各水平的影响权重和优选方案,并进行了机理分析。研究表明:水胶比是影响废弃混凝土再生混合砂砂浆稠度、抗压强度和抗折强度的主要因素;粉煤灰掺入对废弃混凝土再生混合砂砂浆的强度有较大劣化作用。

Abstract:Grit recycled from waste concrete is used to partially replace super-fine sand to produce blended sand. Based on orthogonal test, researches are carried out on ratio of water to cementitious material and influences of addition percentage of waste concrete-recycled grit and powdered coal ash on mortar consistency, compressive strength and folding strength of waste concrete-recycled blended sand. Influencing weight and preferential scheme for various factors at different levels are determined by using analytic hierarchy process, and relevant mechanism is analyzed. The research result shows that the ratio of water to cementitious material is the main factor influencing consistency, compressive strength and folding strength of waste concreterecycled blended sand mortar and that addition of powdered coal ash produces relatively severe adverse influence on the strength of waste concrete-recycled blended sand mortar
