新型外墙保温系统研究

摘    要:通过对比新型外墙保温系统与普通粘土砖墙及经典外保温系统胶粉聚苯颗粒系统,利用ANSYS软件计算了热应力、变形和温度分布等物理量。计算结果表明,在相同厚度下,几种保温系统均满足强度要求,胶粉聚苯颗粒系统的保温性能优于普通粘土砖墙。

Abstract:Physical quantities, such as thermal stress, deformation and temperature distribution, are calculated by using ANSYS software, through comparison of new external thermal insulation system with ordinary clay brick wall and classic powdered rubber polystyrene granule system. The calculation result indicates that all of these thermal insulation systems could satisfy strength requirements at the same thickness, but thermal insulation property of powdered rubber polystyrene granule system is better than ordinary clay brick wall.
