华东区域电力客户与发电企业直接交易的可行性分析

电力客户与发电企业直接交易是电力市场深化改革的重要内容之一。介绍了华东区域电力客户与发电企业跨省直接交易模式开展的前提条件和经济利润的可行性分析。从经济角度提出了利润空间的概念以及计算模型,通过计算跨省交易的利润空间,得出上海地区典型大客户与安徽省发电企业进行跨省直接交易和在上海市内部进行直接交易相比,更具诱惑力,更能充分利用资源、体现价值和促进资源的优化配置。同时还验证了:输配电价的不同,将直接影响利润空间的大小;输配电价的合理性,将直接影响利润空间的准确度。

Feasibility Analysis to the Direct Trading Between the Power Consumers and Electrical Generation Enterprises in the East China Region

The direct exchange between the power consumers and electrical generation enterprises is one impor tant content of deepening electricity market reform. This paper give a feasibility analysis to the trans-provincial direct exchange in the East China Region, respectively in the aspects of preconditions and economic： profit. A concept of the profit margins and the models are presented from the economic angle, which then are applied to approve that, compared with direct exchange in Shanghai Region independently, trans-provincial direct exchange between Shanghai Region and Anhui Province is more appeal and more efficient in resources＇ use and allocation. Case study also demonstrates the value of profit margins is influenced by the differences of transmission and distribution price directly , and it＇s rationality will influence the accuracy directly too.
