摘    要:能源流向图能够清晰、直观地核算展示从生产调入、加工转换,直至终端消费的上海能源利用全景全程。基于2010年上海能源流向图,系统分析了各个环节能源数据的基本构成和内在联系,凝练上海一次能源与终端能源消费结构的模式和规律,强调区别能源利用与非能源利用的学术内涵与实践价值,明晰终端消费的变化趋势和深层约束;通过借鉴伦敦先行经验规划上海能源系统的优化目标和实现路径,特别指出建立能源服务(即终端设备的有效能产出量)数据报告体系和强化相关研究的系统影响和现实意义。

Energy Flow and System Optimization Pathways Analysis for Shanghai

Abstract:Energy flow chart can be clearly and directly used to demonstrate the entire picture and process of coal use in Shanghai from production and import/export, to transformation and finally to end-use sectors. Based on Energy flow chart in 2010, this paper systematically analyzed basic compositions and inner relations of data between each using-process, concisely summarized the regular patterns of primary energy consumption and final energy consumption in Shanghai, demonstrated the theoretical and practical value of distinguishing energy use and non-energy use, clarified the trends and internal restrains of final energy use. Then, this paper drew lessons from London, UK , planned goals of energy system optimization and reliable pathways to reach for Shanghai, And emphasized the impact on energy system and practical significance of establishing data reporting system and research system of energy service or exergy produced from end-use facilities.
