溶胶-凝胶法制备憎水性FAS-SiO2纳米复合薄膜

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面制备出透明的憎水性FAS-SiO2纳米复合薄膜,研究了各工艺参数对薄膜憎水性能的影响,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了薄膜的表面形貌。实验结果表明,具有氟烷基团的氟代烷基硅烷(FAS)的FAS-SiO2纳米复合薄膜憎水性能较好。

Abstract:Transparent FAS-SiO_2 nano-composite film on the surface of glass of hydrophobic property is prepared with sol-gel processing. The effect of each technological factor on hydrophobic property was studied. Surface morphology of was investigated by atom force microscope(AFM).The experimental results show that hydrophobic property of FAS-SiO_2 nano composite film is better.
